  • President: Siddhartha (Sid) Chowdhary, IIT Kharagpur
    Sid-Chowdhary-h300 Sid the President and CEO of Credence Management Solutions, and the co-founder of Information Technology Growth Solutions. Sid also serves on the Board of Capital IIT Alumni Association since 2005. He received his B-Tech from IIT Kharagpur (1992), and has attended programs at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government (KSG) and Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute (SEI).
  • VP and Secretary: Arjun Sen, IIT Kharagpur
    Arjun Sen is the president and founder of ZenMango®, a Denver-based strategic marketing consulting firm working a variety of companies that include hospitality, non-profits and charities, academic institutions, golf professionals, and other guest experience driven industries. Prior to founding ZenMango®, Arjun served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations Services for Papa John’s International Worldwide and as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Jillian’s Entertainment. Arjun's previous experience also includes positions at The University of Colorado, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Boston Market, Pizza Hut, and Tata Iron and Steel. Arjun received his MBA from Brigham Young University and his Bachelors in Aeronautical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
  • VP and Chapter Liaison: Smita Bagla, IIT Kanpur
    SmitaSmita Goel Bagla is the President of the Southern California Pan IIT and Sr. Director at Amritt, Inc a management consulting firm. Smita has held senior positions as Architect at United Health Group, the second largest medical insurance company, in the country. She has organized professional panels and led social events for the Socal Pan-IIT Chapter. Two of these events were in collaboration with Caltech. Smita is also a joint recipient of community leadership award for West Coast in 2001

  • Treasurer: Ashok Gupta, IIT Kharagpur
    Ashok Gupta is a recently retired senior executive of  Xerox Corporation. Ashok received his B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering) from IIT Kharagpur, and M.Tech. (Computer Science) from IIT Kanpur. Ashok also holds an MBA from University of Rochester (NY, USA). Ashok is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

    Suresh is an industry veteran and serial entrepreneur with successes, as well as learning experiences under his belt. He is currently responsible for Product Management at Ankeena Networks, a start up focusing on the New Media Infrastructure. Suresh was a member of the Amber Networks founding team that was acquired Nokia Networks in 2001. Suresh holds a MS in Physics from IIT Kanpur and an M.S. in Computer & Communications Science from University of Michigan.
